NASA, Roscosmos working to update seat barter agreement. Russian cosmonauts will fly on next two SpaceX crew rotation missions. Crew-7 mission scheduled to launch this fall. Agreement does not cover flights by Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner vehicle.
