Arianespace to launch ESA’s Biomass satellite on April 29, with Vega C – SatNews

Arianespace is to launch the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Earth Explorer Biomass satellite from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana. The mission called “VV26”, will place its passenger on board a Vega C launcher, into Sun-Synchronous Orbit at an altitude of around 666 km.

Rocket Lab will launch a dedicated mission for OroraTech on NET March 27th (Wednesday, March 26th at 8:30 – 9:00 am PDT), from Rocket Lab Launch Complex 1 in New Zealand. SpaceX’s Falcon 9 will launch Starlink Group 11-7 smallsats on Wednesday, March 27th from 3:00 PM – 7:22 PM PDT into low Earth orbit. The launch will increase the smallsat constellation and will take place at Space Launch Complex 4E, Vandenberg SFB.

First launch attempt of Mission ‘Going full Spectrum’ on Monday, 24 March, was scrubbed due to unfavorable winds. Second launch window for first test flight of Spectrum opens not earlier than Thursday, 27 March, from 12:30pm to 03:30pm. Launch date remains subject to weather, safety and range infrastructure.

The iSSI™ is one of only a very small handful of recent commercially developed interfaces for inspection, servicing, assembly and manufacturing.
Ligado details bankruptcy exit plan – SatNews

Ligado Networks entered Chapter 11 in January. It has now presented its exit plan to the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. A key portion of the exit scheme is an agreement with AST SpaceMobile for 40 MHz of Ligado’s L-band spectrum. The actual exit will take many more months under its reorganization.
