SITAEL unveiled Empyreum, the next-generation small satellite platform. Empyreum is equipped with the company’s proprietary SPARK electric propulsion system. During the past 20 years, SITAEL made several developments in the field of Electric Propulsion avionics.

Elisabeth Pataki will succeed Sandeep Jalan who has been SES’s CFO since May of 2020. Lisa joins SES from Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Company. She drove EBITDA margin expansion of over 5 percentage points.

Maxar Intelligence has engaged in a strategic partnership with Saab. The two companies will jointly develop next-generation multi-domain battlespace solutions. These solutions will help Europe accelerate the development of more advanced sovereign space-based capabilities. The deal expands on Maxar’s existing relationship with Saab.

SpaceX midnight launch of SiriusXM SXM-10 bringing satellite radio to N America and the Caribbean – SatNews

SpaceX launched the SiriusXM SXM-10 mission to geosynchronous transfer orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The SXM-10 will enhance SiriusXM’s broadcasting constellation, providing audio entertainment and information to SiriusXM radio receivers. This was the eighth flight for the Falcon 9 first stage booster supporting this mission.
