Spanish balloon company Zero 2 Infinity accused of stealing its trade secrets. Halo Space, Eos X Space Technologies Corp. And Arthur D. Little Spain are indicted. Zero 2 Infinity alleges that the people hired to raise money for its space tourism business established two competing firms based on its intellectual property.

SpaceX launched a third pair of O3b mPower satellites Nov. 12. SES hopes to start services next year from a constellation grappling with electrical issues. SES said Oct. 31 that their electrical issues were worse than initially thought. Each spacecraft was designed to scale up to multiple gigabits per second.

Rogue Space launches its first demonstration mission on Transporter-9

Rogue Space Systems launched its first demonstrator Nov. 11 on a SpaceX rocket. The spacecraft, named Barry-1, will test the company’s on-board computing software. Rogue Space is planning to launch more demonstrations in 2024 under a partnership with SAIC.
