Blue Origin concluded its test campaign and is ready to launch its New Glenn rocket, the company’s first orbital launch vehicle. The successful test campaign included fueling the massive rocket’s seven engines with liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen and hydrogen. “This is a monumental milestone and a glimpse of what’s just around the corner for New Glenn’s first launch,” said Blue Origin’s Jarrett Jones in a statement.

SpaceX has great plans for 2025 with as many as 25 launches this year. On January 10 SpaceX is preparing to launch the seventh flight test of Starship. For the first time Starship will launch the first deployable payload, and plans to fly 10 so-called “Starlink simulators”

Falcom 9 will launch SpaceX’s Group 12-11 Starlink smallsats on Tuesday, January 7 at 7:51 am – 12:22 pm PST from Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The launch cost is $52 million. The forecast calls for a temperature of 48°F, clear skies, 3% cloud cover and a wind speed of 17mph.
Summary of the Third Annual AEOIP Workshop
All of the breakout groups met on each day of the meeting. Participants were asked to focus on different aspects of the topic each day. Each group worked to synthesize their three days of discussions and chose a representative to give a summary report during the closing plenary later that morning.
